Cancellation and refunds: Cancellation up to 72 hours before service: You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before service to receive a full refund. After this period, no full refunds will be made. Cancellation within 24 hours of service: No full refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of service. Tour date changes:
Changes at least 72 hours in advance: If a date change is requested at least 72 hours in advance, it can be made subject to availability. Changes within 24 hours prior to service: Date changes are not permitted within 24 hours prior to service.
Absence or late arrival of the client: No show or late arrival: If the client does not show up at the meeting point or arrives late on the day of the tour, no refund will be made. If you wish to take the tour on another date, an additional charge of 30% of the tour value must be paid.
Adverse weather conditions: Operation in adverse weather conditions: All tours will operate regardless of weather conditions, including rain.
