Cancellation policies

Cancellation 20 days or more in advance: You will get a refund of 70% of the total tour.
Cancellation between 10 and 20 days before: In this instance, a disbursement of up to 50% of the total cost of the tour will be applied. No show to the tour:
Unfortunately, if you do not attend the tour, no refund will be made. In exceptional situations or cases of calamity, we urge you to notify us immediately. Refunds will be subject to the specific policies of both the hotel and the tour operator.
