Cancellation policies
Considering that itineraries are subject to special conditions, any request for cancellation and/or annulment of services must be made in writing to our sales representative. Confirmation of the cancellation is expected through the same medium, taking into account the specific conditions of the contracted package.
In case of cancellation, the client will be entitled to a refund of the funds paid, but must assume the expenses incurred according to the following breakdown:
Cancellation more than 20 days in advance: 90% of the paid value will be refunded. Cancellation between 19 days and 72 hours before the tour: 50% of the value will be refunded. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to the tour: No refund will be made. Cancellation due to force majeure (illness or death): 90% of the value will be refunded at any time, or the change for the same tour for future dates within the same year will be allowed.
These policies aim to ensure fair compensation based on the time available to reorganize services and minimize losses associated with cancellation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process.
