Reservations and Payments: All reservations require full payment for confirmation. Payment not made on time may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be refunded at 50%. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for refund.
