You can take a flight from Bucaramanga's Palonegro International Airport (BGA) to Sincelejo's Alberto Lleras Camargo Airport (SNC). The flight takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Another option from Bucaramanga's Terminal de Transportes is to take a bus to Sincelejo, which takes about 10 hours.

Sincelejo to Tolú: From Sincelejo, you can take a bus or private car to Tolú. The bus journey from Sincelejo to Tolú usually takes around 2 hours.

From Bogotá:

Bogotá to Sincelejo: To get to Sincelejo from Bogotá, you can take a flight from El Dorado International Airport (BOG) to Sincelejo's Alberto Lleras Camargo Airport (SNC). The flight takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Another option from Bogotá's Terminal de Transportes is to take a bus to Sincelejo, which takes about 16 hours.

**Sincelejo to Tolú:**Once in Sincelejo, you can take a bus or private car to Tolú, with a travel time similar to the one described above.

From Tolú: You should head to the pier from which boats depart to the islands. You can get there by taxi, public transport, or your own vehicle. From there, you can take a boat or launch that will take you to Isla Múcura and Isla Tintipán. The boat journey usually takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on maritime conditions and boat speed.
